How long does it take me to receive a refund?
We strive to process all returns within 14 days of receiving them. The purchase amount will be refunded in the same way as you paid for the order. Once the refund is returned, you will receive an email confirming the refund.
Please note that each credit card company has its own processing time, which we cannot control. If you use PayPal to purchase items, the credit limit will be refunded to your PayPal account. Any purchase made using iDeal will be refunded to the same bank account used to place the original order, etc.
